Hi! I’m Nicole, lifestyle coach and blogger. I took a different route after I earned my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. After years of battling anorexia nervosa myself (and recovering), I wanted to give my struggle a sense of purpose. Which leads me here: as a coach for those that are maintaining their eating disorder recovery, or those that are looking to make changes to live a healthier lifestyle and reach a greater sense of self-acceptance.
You and I will work collaboratively through remote coaching to identify your goals, and then take the necessary steps to move towards achieving them. Prepare yourself for some hard work, vulnerability, and a lot of empowerment. Personal training services and weekly workout plans are also offered! These are in the form of either gym-workouts, or at-home workouts based on your accessibility and lifestyle.
I’ve taken my own experience with anorexia nervosa recovery and turned it into a blog. You’ll find advice, honesty, and constant encouragement for YOU to choose a path of recovery.
